Our client is looking for a Motor Claims Consultant to join small friendly team in their Wetherill Park Office. Initially the role will be based at North Sydney. 

With preferably 2-5 years' motor claims experience, this could very well be the open door that you have been searching for. Manage own portfolio of claims from End to End including Recoveries, Salvage and Total Losses. Low number of claims in your portfolio. And work close to home! 

Although not essential if you have experience managing Motor Cycle and/or Marine Pleasure-craft claims, this would be advantageous.

Your role includes:

• Self manage your portfolio (small in number)
• Lodge, file, process and settle claims
• Determine liability
• Settle third party claims
• Manage recoveries
• Client and claimant liaison
• Appointing Assessors and Service Providers
• General enquiries
• Liaison with all stakeholders

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Min 2 years experience in End to End Motor claims assessment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer focused and service approach
• Ability to manage multiple claims and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• High level communication skills - written and verbal
