Our client, a well-respected brokerage located in the Melbourne CBD, has an opportunity for an Affinity Broking Team Leader who can not only inspire staff and drive results, but manage a diverse book of business with a significant fee income. 
 
Working from offices located close to major insurers, you will be responsible for managing affinity business across a range of professions and maintaining strong relationships with insurers domestically and internationally. This brokerage prides itself on its innovative products and flexible approach to meeting clients' needs, so you will be advocating and demonstrating these values to your team and other stakeholders. 
 
You will need to be:
 
• Enthusiastic and able to promote company values internally and externally
• Dedicated to motivating and inspiring others
• Able to manage a diverse book of affinity business with significant fee income
• Committed to upholding service standards 
• Excited about getting results (and being rewarded for them!)
 
Your resume will be able to demonstrate: 
 
• Experience managing a small team
• At least 5 years of broking affinity / scheme based business and working with professions and commercial entities that benefit from bespoke policy coverage
 
In addition, experience with Professional Indemnity is highly valued, as are product development skills.
