Our client is a highly respected and long-established boutique law practice with a strong commitment to their clients. The Team is very collegiate and applicants should have an approach consistent with this. The successful candidate will work closely with a Partner and Senior Associate in their Commercial Group.

It is essential that you have experience with Shareholder Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Commercial Transactions, including Sales of Businesses.

The role is an interesting mix of Commercial and Property work so knowledge of Property Leasing is also highly desirable. 

Our client seeks to appoint a 3-5 years PAE lawyer to work on Commercial/Property matters in their prestigious CBD office. If you have Employment Law experience, this would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

The Role:
• Providing advice to Corporates and Small Businesses
• It is essential that you have experience with Shareholder and Distribution Agreements, Commercial Property transactions including Sale of Businesses and Commercial Leases
• Experience, and some knowledge of, Property Leasing or Property Law would be well-regarded
• Your day won't be limited to the above as you will have exposure to IP Law, Competition and Consumer Law, Tax Law, and more
   
This is a role will provide variety and interest.
    
The Person:
• 3-5 years PAE essential
• NSW Admission or ability to obtain a NSW Practicing Certificate
• Strong Commercial/Property Law experience 
• Ability to form enduring relationships and maintain existing ones
• Strong customer focus 
• Demonstrated and well developed analytical skills
• High level of self-motivation and attention to detail
• High level literacy
• Desire to expand/enhance current legal knowledge and experience
• Affinity software proficiency will be highly regarded, but is not essential
• Enthusiasm and professional presentation essential
