Broker Relationship Manager

Are you an entrepreneurial broking [or underwriting] executive looking to start 2017 with a career role at a diverse and highly-regarded organisation? 
Due to growth, our client is seeking a commercially-minded senior insurance broker to join its expanding team in this newly created high-profile role

You will be responsible for growing the broking side of the business and ensuring that the brokerages dealing with our client continue to have positive experiences. You will also be a strong advocate for maximising educational and business opportunities via our client's broker platform.

Your resume will be able to demonstrate:
• At least 5 years experience in a BRM/BDM broking role. [Consideration will be given to  applicants with an Underwriting background if they have strong Broker connections].  
• Your BRM/BDM successes
• People management experience 
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products 
• Up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and current trends 
• A successful track record in business and relationship building 
Additionally, you will need to be:
• Entrepreneurial and commercially savvy, able to identify opportunities for growth and promotion 
• An outstanding communicator across verbal and written media
• An inspiring leader who is able to motivate a team and facilitate change management
 • A strong negotiator 
• Resilient and tenacious
