Casual Recruitment Consultant
We are specialist Recruiters seeking an experienced Recruiter for a casual role.

Your role will be to assist the Managing Director and provide recruitment support and/or end to end recruitment. You will boast well developed client communication skills and effective office administration and practice.
You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can take on a new job and 'run with it'. You will also be an active marketer.

Please bring your sense of humour; your ability to multi-task and think quickly; your proven relationship building skills and high level literacy.
You will be an integral member of a small, but high profile, business. You will build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues and have a passion for your work.
You will be required to:
- Represent and/or assist a senior consultant
- Complete a variety of administration tasks
- Undertake phone, email and face-to-face communication
- Prepare documents/advertisements and proofread them to ensure accuracy
- Effectively use a range of software including MS Office and recruitment and social media platforms

You will need to impress us with your:
- Previous recruitment experience
- Strong customer service ethic
- Confidence in dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills
- High level of professionalism and impressive presentation
- Poise under pressure
