Claims Manager – General Insurance [Perm Part-Time]
Bring your extensive General Insurance claims skills, gained from working in an Insurer or Underwriting environment. You will work with a team of experienced insurance professionals who enjoy a genuine work life balance.
A current vacancy has arisen for a competent and experienced Claims Manager who will work across ISR/Liability/Bus Pack/Strata claims for approximately 25 hours per week. This is a permanent part-time position and represents a tremendous opportunity for someone who wants to be a contributor to the team, provide specialised claims service and enjoys work life balance.

The Person
- Minimum 4 years General Insurance claims experience
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a diverse claims workload
- Demonstrated General Insurance claims experience for SME/small corporate clients
- High-level customer service skills
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of the Insurance Contracts Act and General Insurance Code of Practice
- Ability to navigate around multiple types of Policies
- PC literate
