Due to growth, our client has a new Claims Team Leader role available.
This is a career opportunity for a senior claims consultant to work with an organisation where business is booming. Excellent client service a must - great team environment
Do you have a good understanding of claims procedures? Are you confident handling commercial claims for SME's including PI, BusPack, Liability etc? Can you demonstrate excellent client management techniques? Do you have the enthusiasm and capacity to manage a small claims team?
This is a terrific opportunity to gain more claims experience and step into a Team Leader role. The position is with a busy broker in the CBD and relevant experience includes PI, BusPack, Liability, Commercial Motor etc.
Your priority in the role will be to maintain client goodwill, manage a small team and achieve the service objectives of the Claims Department.

You will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years claims experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team leadership potential
- Friendly and helpful disposition with good telephone manner
- Understand the importance of commitment and reliability and be a self starter
- Developed negotiation and communication skills
- Computer literate
