Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Recoveries Specialist to commence work immediately and assist their Motor Claims Team in maximising recoveries.
You'll work with a small cohesive friendly team in a prestigious office close to transport; our client offers a host of unique employee benefits.
Your role involves:
• Manage a portfolio of recovery files
• Negotiate with customers and solicitors regarding liabilities, payments and action for maximum recovery on accounts
• Identify new potential recoverable monies from third parties
You must be able to demonstrate:
• Minimum 18 months experience in Insurance Motor Recoveries
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Motivated to work well with others in a team environment
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Professional presentation
• High level negotiation skills
• Strong customer service ethic
• Sound judgement and decision making
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Motivation to succeed
• Ability to get on well with others
• Professional presentation
