The Role:
• Preparing correspondence
• Invoicing
• Phone calls/follow up with clients
• Maintaining and updating client database
• Sending letters and emails
• General printing/scanning/copying/filing of documents
The Person:
• Essential: previous office experience (12 months)
• Advanced Excel essential [Pivot table competency required]
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• High level literacy skills/Competent mathematic skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well presented
• Pleasant phone manner
