This boutique plaintiff law firm is situated in prestigious offices within the heart of the Sydney CBD. Due to growth, they require the services of a competent paralegal to join their professional team.

• Previous paralegal law firm experience [preferably in litigation]
• High level literacy – excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Professional presentation
• Highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to cope with competing priorities

Your role:

Reporting to the Managing Partner your previous legal experience will assist you to contribute to the smooth running of this growing firm.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with managing a diverse range of plaintiff personal injury files including public liability and motor vehicle accident
• Liaise with clients and professionals at all levels
• Preparation and amendment of legal documents
• Drafting of correspondence, contracts and agreements
• Assist with general legal office administration
• Some involvement in conveyancing and Powers of Attorney may also be required
• Various other Paralegal tasks as required

To be considered for this involved and challenging position you will need:

• Previous proven experience as a Paralegal
• Previous experience in personal injury litigation
• The confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels
• Advanced MS Office skills and accurate data entry
• Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
• LEAP experience will be highly regarded
