Our client is a boutique underwriting agency seeking a Property Claims Manager to join its team. You will be servicing a diverse and interesting portfolio of claims.
This organisation welcomes mature applicants with minimum 5 years claims handling experience who can work autonomously and have a track record of providing high level customer service.
The Person
- Minimum 5 years commercial claims handling experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse claims workload
- Computer literate
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of General Insurance principles
- Ability to form good relationships with intermediaries
- High-level customer service skills
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to meet deadlines
