Our client who operates a prestigious award winning real estate company is looking to employ a trainee proficient in Mandarin at their offices in Hurstville. Students with completion or near completion of relevant degree are encouraged to apply. Permanent Australian residency and unrestricted work rights are essential.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, determined and driven sales trainee to join their dynamic and friendly team.

You will need motivation and determination to succeed and in return full training will be provided. Our client will teach you everything about commercial and residential real estate sales so you can work your way to being a top performing sales consultant in an exciting industry.

Your key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Finding new business through door knocking and phone canvassing
• Attending inspections (final, building, pest inspection etc.)
• General appointments and duties set by the sales agent/s
• Liaising with clients
• Preparing pre listing packages
• Attending any training as required
• Administration and marketing support
• Building and maintaining a client database

To be successful in this position you must possess the following:

• A valid, clean Drivers Licence
• Willingness to learn
• Positive, professional attitude
• Polished professional presentation
• Friendly confident personality
• Drive and determination to succeed

• During the first 6 months you will be paid the award wage for trainees and then performance will be re-evaluated
