Due to growth, our client has a need to fill an Insurance Customer Service/ Administration role based in their Underwriting Department. Applications from those with Finance sector experience will be considered; minimum 6 months.
If you have worked in an Administration /Customer Service role in the insurance industry OR had some exposure to Underwriting, this could be the career opportunity you have been seeking.
You will require high level attention to detail; pleasant telephone manner; fast and accurate data entry and excellent written communication skills.

The Team is small and friendly.Training will be provided but it is expected you will have had a minimum of 6 months Customer Service/ Administration experience, in the Finance sector, insurance preferably.
Your role includes:
- Providing high level customer service
- Providing assistance to Underwriters
- Responding to enquiries
- Data entry
- Mail distribution and dispatch
- Ordering stationery
You must be able to demonstrate:
