Our client is a rapidly growing, well-respected company. Due to growth, they are currently seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join their dynamic team at their modern office located at North Sydney.
Due to an internal promotion, our client requires an experienced Portfolio/Reporting Analyst.
The successful candidate will work closely with General Insurance Underwriters across Australia and overseas.
Candidates who are proficient with SQL, Power BI, or similar will be highly regarded.
It is expected that you will have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication, both written and verbal.
You will work as part of a small, cohesive team with like-minded professionals.

The Role:
• You will undertake analytical duties/report writing across a range of General Insurance Portfolios
• A data-mining and trend analysis will be undertaken
• Provide data for analytical solutions to all stakeholders
• Delivery of financial performance reporting
• Assist with delivery within timeframes and budgets
The Person:
• Experience in SQL, Power BI, or similar is highly advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Tertiary qualification in appropriate discipline
• Experience in General Insurance
• Self-directed and able to meet deadlines
• Passion for data
