Our client is an expanding company and has a need for a Strata Claims Consultant to join their friendly close knit team. They require a motivated individual with previous end to end strata or H&C claims management experience.

You will have an excellent record in successful end to end claims handling, client/customer service and be able to talk to people at all levels whether this be claimants, brokers, strata managers and other parties connected with claims management.

You will work in a positive environment where the team works cohesively to ensure everyone’s work is up to date. A long term career opportunity is on offer.

The Position:

The role will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of claims from end to end
• Maintain excelling customer/client relationships
• Complete regular claim reviews and make payments as necessary
• Provide high quality service and advice to clients and communication with internal staff

The Person:

You must be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years’ strata claims/H&C claims experience
• Must have end to end claims management experience
• Enthusiasm for claims examination and assessment
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Sound work ethic with an emphasis on meeting deadlines, completing tasks and following process
• Professional presentation
• Deal with internal/external customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain claims files and update internal claims system
